What Is An Employer Backed Program?

Posted by Kyle Grappone on Aug 20, 2018 10:05:56 AM

In your early years, you attended school with the primary goal of just learning different skills in fields such as math, science, English, and history. Your education was free and was designed to prepare you for the real world as opposed to preparing you for a specific job. However, the older you get, the more responsibilities you take on. The choices you make, especially with money, have a direct impact on your future and the future of your family. Therefore, the goal of education as an adult needs to be direct and specific. Learning a skill, regardless of how valuable, is not always enough to warrant spending a significant amount of money on a certificate program or a short-term course.
